Items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.  Items must be unworn and in the same condition they were received in order to qualify for a refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (based on the initial delivery date off of the tracking slip), is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
